Support
Get help from an actual person
There's no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email goes to the person who built the app.
Email support
Typical response within one business day. Include your team name and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Report content or abuse
Use the in-app report on any message, or email the address above with "Report" in the subject.
Urgent safety reports are reviewed the same day.
Delete your account
Email with "Delete my account" in the subject from the address on the account.
Completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Fixes for the things that usually go wrong
A parent says the join code doesn't work
Make sure they're using the current code for the right team. As coach, open your team's home screen — the join code is shown there with a copy button. Codes are not case-sensitive.
If they've already got an account, they should use "join a team with a code" rather than signing up again.
I'm a coach but the app is showing me the parent view
You're almost certainly viewing a team where your account is a parent rather than a coach. Check the team name at the top of the screen and switch to the team you created.
If you're on the right team and still see the parent view, email support with the team name and we'll fix the membership record.
The calendar subscription isn't updating
Subscribed calendars refresh on your phone's own schedule, which can lag several hours — this is an Apple/Google behavior, not a SeasonCenter one. On iPhone, Settings → Apps → Calendar → Account → Fetch New Data lets you shorten the interval.
For same-day changes, post a chat announcement — that's immediate.
I can't find the volunteer sheets or forms
Both are tiles on your team's home screen. The "new signup sheet" and "send a form" buttons only appear for coaches, so if they're missing, confirm you're on your coach account.
I forgot my password
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and a reset link is emailed to you. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email support.
Reporting objectionable content
SeasonCenter has zero tolerance for abusive content or abusive users. Every member has three tools, available without contacting anybody:
- Report a message. Open the message's menu and choose Report. It's flagged for review immediately.
- Block a user. Blocking hides that person's messages and prevents them from sending you direct messages.
- Ask your coach. Coaches and team admins can delete any content within their own team and remove a member.
Reported content is reviewed and acted on — removed, and the account suspended where warranted. Content that endangers a child is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
To escalate directly, email support@seasoncenter.app with "Report" in the subject line and include the team name, roughly when it was posted, and what happened. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first — SeasonCenter is not an emergency service and should never be relied on for urgent communication.
Deleting your account and your data
You can leave at any time and take your information with you when you go.
- Individual content: delete your own messages, photos and files from inside the app at any time.
- A child's information: ask your coach to remove a player, or email support directly — you do not have to go through the coach.
- A whole team: a coach deleting a team removes its content.
- Your account: email support@seasoncenter.app from your account's email address with "Delete my account" in the subject.
Account deletion removes your profile, memberships, messages and form submissions, and is completed within 30 days of the request. If you're the only coach on a team, we'll confirm whether you want the team transferred to another coach or deleted along with your account.
In-app self-service account deletion is being added ahead of the native app release. Until then, the email route above is the way, and it's honored the same.
Nothing broken? Come on in.
The fastest way to figure out whether SeasonCenter fits your team is to spend five minutes setting one up.
