Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SeasonCenter ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using SeasonCenter you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who may use SeasonCenter

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for the adults around a youth team — coaches, team admins, parents, and guardians. Children may not create accounts or use the service directly.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Coach and admin responsibilities

If you run a team on SeasonCenter, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian before adding a child's name, jersey number, or photo, and before collecting any information about a child through a form. You are responsible for approving only people who belong on your team, and for removing members and content when asked by a parent.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use SeasonCenter to harass, threaten, or bully anyone; to post content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that endangers a minor; to share other people's personal information without permission; or to attempt to access another team's data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users — see reporting.

5. Your content

You own what you post — messages, photos, files, and form responses. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for your team. Coaches and team admins can moderate and delete content within their team.

6. Forms, waivers, and signatures

SeasonCenter provides tools for coaches to distribute forms and collect responses and typed signatures. Any agreement formed by a form, such as a waiver, is between the coach, league, or organization and the family — SeasonCenter is not a party to it and does not vouch for its legal effect. Leagues requiring legally binding waivers should confirm with their own counsel that a typed signature meets their needs.

7. Not an emergency or medical service

Do not rely on SeasonCenter chat or notifications for urgent or emergency communication. Information stored in the app, including anything health-related a family chooses to submit on a form, is provided by users, and we make no guarantee of its accuracy or availability.

8. The service is provided as-is

SeasonCenter is currently free. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeasonCenter and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).

10. Termination

You may stop using SeasonCenter and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may modify or discontinue the service, with reasonable notice for discontinuation.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
