Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 20, 2026 · This policy replaces the earlier HuddleHub privacy policy; the app has been renamed SeasonCenter and nothing about how data is handled changed with the name.

The short version. We collect only what the app needs to work. Your team's information is visible only to your team. We never sell data, never show advertising, and never use your content to train AI models.

Who we are

SeasonCenter is a team management app for youth recreational sports, built and operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what information SeasonCenter collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers both the SeasonCenter app and this website.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider). You may optionally add a phone number.

Team information. Coaches and parents add team names, schedules, roster entries (player first and last names and jersey numbers), volunteer signups, snack claims, and RSVP responses.

Content you share. Chat messages, direct messages, photos, shared files, poll responses, and form submissions — including typed signatures and any information entered on forms a coach creates, such as emergency contact details on a waiver.

Technical information. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. SeasonCenter contains no advertising, no ad-tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics trackers. This marketing website loads a web font from Google Fonts; no other third-party resource is loaded and no tracking cookie is set by this site.

Children's information

SeasonCenter accounts are for adults — coaches, parents, and guardians. Children do not create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), SeasonCenter is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

However, the adults on a team add information about children: player names, jersey numbers, and photos from games and practices. This information is visible only to approved members of that child's team. Coaches agree in our Terms of Service to obtain a parent or guardian's permission before adding a child's name or photo, and before collecting any information about a child through a form.

A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of a child's information at any time — either by asking the team's coach, or by emailing support@seasoncenter.app directly. You do not have to go through the coach. We will act on such a request within 30 days and will not condition a child's participation on providing more information than is reasonably necessary.

How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate SeasonCenter: showing schedules and rosters to your team, delivering messages, storing shared photos and files, sending reminders you have opted into, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who can see your information

Team content — rosters, schedules, chat, photos, files, form submissions — is visible only to approved members of that team, enforced by row-level rules in the database rather than only by what the app displays. Form submissions are visible only to you and your team's coaches and admins. Direct messages are visible only to the two participants. If a coach turns on "discoverable," the team's name, sport, coach name, and member count appear in search; rosters and team content do not.

Service providers

SeasonCenter runs on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (web application hosting), both hosted in the United States. This marketing website is served by Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments; they do not use your data for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Team content is retained while the team is active. Coaches can delete players, photos, files, forms, and messages from within the app, and deleting a team removes its content.

To delete your account and associated personal information, or to request removal of a child's information, email support@seasoncenter.app from the address on your account and we will act within 30 days. See account deletion for the full process.

Your choices and rights

  • Access or correct your information from your profile in the app, or by emailing us.
  • Request a copy of the personal information associated with your account.
  • Request deletion of your account and its content.
  • Control notifications per person, per category, with quiet hours.
  • Leave a team at any time, which removes your access to that team's content.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor these requests for everyone regardless of location, and we do not sell personal information as that term is defined under those laws.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and every database table is protected by row-level security so members of one team cannot read another team's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design access rules conservatively and review them regularly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and note the change in the app. Continued use of SeasonCenter after a change means you accept the updated policy.
